Speaker's Biography: Kelsi Hilderman
Kelsi Hilderman is a physiotherapist, educator, and advocate for female health and performance. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from University of Saskatchewan, followed by a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2014. With a focus on sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, she pursued additional training in exercise prescription, women’s health, and Sport Physiotherapy.

Driven by a passion for female athlete care, Kelsi focuses her practice on addressing the unique physiological and biomechanical needs of women in sport. She integrates evidence-based strategies in rehab, performance training, and injury prevention, ensuring athletes receive tailored care that considers factors like hormonal fluctuations, biomechanics, and sport-specific demands. Beyond the clinic, she shares her expertise through educational workshops, consulting with teams and coaches, and presenting on key topics related to female athlete health.

Committed to reshaping the narrative around women in sport, Kelsi continues to push for greater awareness, evidence-based approaches, and specialized support for female athletes at all levels.
